Meet Your Instructor

Angela M. Nash


Angela is a certified fitness instructor who has been teaching exercises classes for over 17 years.

During her years as an instructor, she noticed how her body was changing as she became older. As this occurred, she decided to modify some exercises that she was performing.

As Angela continued to research new workout programs, she noticed that most exercises seemed to be taught by the younger generation, and many fitness routines were high intensity and did not offer options for modifications. 

Angela felt that there was a need to offer workout programs for women 50 and older. So in 2020, she started her business, Transform Avenue, LLC, with the goal to provide programs for these women that would help them "positively transform their lives."


In This Course

  • Exercise Library

    This includes demonstrations for some of the exercises that you will perform in the Warm Up Power! class. You can practice these exercises, and feel confident when you are ready to join the class.

  • Warm Up Power! Class

    In this mini class, you will be guided through a warm up, followed by a cool down segment and a stretch segment. It is designed for beginners to gradually introduced to exercise.

  • Healthy Recipe

    This video will show you a super easy, healthy recipe that you can prepare after your workout, or anytime.
